Jordan looks into buying a Chinese fighter jet


During the 10th China International Aviation & Aerospace Exhibition held in Zhuhai, Guangdong province Nov. 11-16, Jordan has shown great interest in purchasing fighters from China according to the state tabloid Global Times.

A Jordaian paratrooper attending the air show told the Global Times that Jordan is looking for new fighters from China. He said that is the reason why the Royal Jordanian Air Force sent a delegation to Zhuhai. During his first visit to Asia as a member of the air force delegation, the paratrooper said that he was impressed by the performance of the Chinese female pilots from the August First aerobatic team of the People’s Liberation Army Air Force.
